The programme is open to both private and public sector stakeholders. Thanks to this programme, the NRB can help them take the first step towards energy-saving measures in their buildings, as New ELENA allows the Bank to cover up to 90% of the cost of their project preparation. Thus, clients will only have to pay 10% of the cost from their own resources.
